Arrests are a mechanic in Wasteland 3. The Rangers can elect to deal with their targets in Colorado in a variety of ways, and arresting them is one of these.

Patriarch's Children
All three children are to be returned to the Patriarch by any means necessary.
- Arresting Victory Buchanan and Valor Buchanan will place them in the Ranger HQ's lock-up and piss Old Buchanan off. Alternatively, they can be arrested and transferred to the Patriarch.
MacTavish
The faux-Scot can be arrested while tracking down the culprits behind the attack on Colorado Springs.
- Handing him over to the Marshalls gives +1 to reputation with them.
- Arresting him in Ranger custody will spare his life, but the Marshalls will be quite annoyed.
Faran Brygo
The fallen mob boss of Las Vegas is the target of the Big Trouble in Little Vegas quest. There are two major decisions to make when arresting:
- Arresting him and putting him in Ranger custody will resolve the quest in the Marshalls' favor, but will not grant extra reputation.
- Arresting him and transferring him to the Marshalls will grant a major bonus to reputation with them, but Fargo will be sentenced to death.
