Bill is a character in Wasteland 3.
Background[]
The young man gives you his best stoic, steely-eyed nod. Sadly, he looks like he's about to sneeze.
Bill is an upstart Gipper, trying his best to act the cool, laid-back cowboy part. He never set foot outside of Denver and six years ago lost his mother, after the Gippers told her to leave when she refused to become another one of Reagan's nancies.
Interactions[]
This character has other interactions. |
You can engage him in a nodding contest, then after he breaks, use Hard Ass 1 to learn where he learned all that silly stuff about cowboys acting like cheap hardasses who compensate for true bravery and candor with being assholes. It's all Gipper stories, served with the fervor of a true believer alongside tall tales of Reagan conquering the West and liberating it from iron curtain making commies. You can then encourage him to look for his mother, which will wind up with him becoming meal for the Hard Heads at Union Station. You do get a nifty hat, though. |
