Brainwave Destabilizer is a laser weapon in Wasteland 3.

Description

Its microwaves can scramble neural pathways, making targets confuse friends with foes. May cause tumors.

Main article: Crazed

Attacking previously hostile targets under Crazed effect may cause serious problems (depends on targets). Because these targets became true friendly for the effect duration, and attacking them will be the same as attacking civilians.

Lucia Wesson will be very angry and permanently leave the party at the end of the combat.
Same problem may happen to Darius Kwon.
Also some friendly targets may start to be hostile and attack the party successfully ruining your gameplay.

Downtown Colorado Springs: In the large weapons case in the museum office (requires fixing the generator - Mechanics 3 ).
