Attacking previously hostile targets under Crazed effect may cause serious problems (depends on targets). Because these targets became true friendly for the effect duration, and attacking them will be the same as attacking civilians.

• Same problem may happen to Darius Kwon.
• Also some friendly targets may start to be hostile and attack the party successfully ruining your gameplay.
