Bubo is a character in Wasteland 3: Cult of the Holy Detonation.

Bubo is a medic for the Primordialists, a horrifically mutated human that is effectively a drool - sans the mindless rage, of course. He is named after the profusion of nodes throughout his body. He is rather excited about his abilities, though, as the miracle powers of radiation allow him to heal pretty much any kind of damage.
