A tough, leather-skinned man in his early forties. His angular face is framed by wild sideburns, and he has tattoos of railroad spikes on both forearms. His war paint makes it look like he's covered in soot. Casey is the leader of the Atchisons, responsible for orchestrating the campaign of terror bombings that has gripped the Topekans with fear... And caused a campaign of reprisals against them. He is weary of the slaughter, but finds no other way or possible salvation for his people.
