One of the farmers eking out an existence under the rule of the Red Skorpion Militia, Celia is frustrated by her husband's, Marco Caminada's reluctance to fix the well providing them with water. What makes it worse is the fact that the Red Skorpions took their crops, their gear, and are likely to take their farm any day.
Of course, they can't do much about it - when ol' George questioned the RSM's authority, they hanged him on a nearby power line pylon as an example to the rest.
