It can be used to make antitoxin at Darwin village, in the chemical lab. Requires one fruit. The antitoxin can be used to cure Mad Dog Fargo and Metal Maniac.

- Found in Quartz, one in Stage Coach Inn, in the housekeeping cabinet (northeast; requires using Demolitions, Perception, or IQ on the cabinet), and three on the table in Ugly's Hideout, after passing a perception check.
