Background[]
Lieutenant Connie Zeng was Angela Deth’s second-in-command for the Colorado advance team. She is a trim woman wearing plain gear with no identifying insignia. She's been part of the Arizona Rangers for a while together with her husband, Jason, who is now running a weapons shop back at HQ. Since joining up the Advance Team of Colonel Deth, she has been quite busy - partly adapting to her nickname, Train, given to her ever since the team found out her maiden name was Chou and her husband called her Chou Chou Train.
