He is a recruitable NPC and pretty much a must have for your party. Recruited into Ranger service, Covenant reached the rank of Grenadier Major.

- As a party member, Covenant is one of the best NPCs in the game, coming with an excellent array of stats and a good chunk of skills. What's more, he can be collected early on in the game, at the jail in Las Vegas. You only need to open his cell and pass a level 3 Picklock check or use Strength to break him free of his chains.
