• Monster Army Bunker: In the locker at the north of the map.
• Recipe can be found on a world-map in a bunker named 'Silo 314' not far from Clown Museum. Bunker require Explosives 4 or Lockpicking 6 to open. Recipe can be found using both Weird Science 4 and Survival 3 options - they are only relevant to other items found in the area.
