Shotgun attacks gain +25% Damage for each enemy hit by the same shot.
Strategy[ | ]
Devastation is by far the strongest perk for shotguns, providing an extremely large damage spike on the condition that multiple enemies are hit simultaneously by a given shot (which you should already be attempting to maximize). It is recommended to maximize the spread of your shotguns as to make the process easier for you. This perk is a must have for anybody seeking to maximize the potential of their shotgun based characters.
