Status effect can be stacked up to 10 times and lose 2 stacks per turn.
- Reduces hit chance, evasion and action points depending on number of stacks.
- Applies Stunned at 10x. When used on Steeltown workers, they are non-lethally incapacitated instead.
Can be removed by Chemical neutralizer.
