Characteristics

This weapon has no critical strike associated with it, so strike rate is irrelevant.

Damage can be increased from various bonuses. Also Cold damage provide +99 Armor penetration, which negates target's armor completely. However, it is not recommended to waste high-tier mods on this weapon, due to low damage output. Notice that damage applies in a cone area!
