Fiber Favor Obtain Carbon Fiber. Bring the carbon fiber to Goiter We gave the Carbon Fiber to Goiter. Goiter is dead. Carbon fiber can't help him now. We used all the Carbon Fiber to craft something. There's none left for Goiter. Find some carbon fiber for Goiter and he'll give you some nice gear in return. Search Cheyenne Mountain for the precious material Goiter was looking for. Now that you have the carbon fiber, take it back to Goiter in the Primordialist Camp.
