Ancient and balding, with his Ranger fatigues hanging baggy on his skinny frame. He wears his long gray hair pulled back in a tight ponytail, and his bifocals teeter on the tip of his nose. Flintlock was old when Vargas was young. Now he's ancient. Knows more about the history of the Desert Rangers than any man alive - and he'll tell the Rangers so himself.

- Gather curiosities for the Rangers' museum: As the custodian of the museum, Flintlock will give the player a tour of the Rangers' museum and take any artifacts they bring him off their hands, in exchange for a scrap allowance or accelerated promotion. While the quest completes with just one submission, there are a lot more to make.
