An old clown with no make-up. Living on the third floor of BigTop, he greets everyone who wanders there by handing them gas baloons.
Interaction[]
Will be greeted by the player before entering Kermit's Circus. He will give us gas baloons and also say: "remember, here is a circus there...". You cannot influence the conversation with the character in any way.
