Gather votes for Veronica is a quest in Wasteland 2.
Overview[ | ]
In order to take control over Hollywood, Veronica needs a vote of no-confidence to succeed against Heidi. She needs four votes total to be successful.
Walkthrough[ | ]
- For George Lin, the player needs only to clear his store to gain his vote.
- For Schwag, the player has to replace him with Flo.
- For Jean Rambeau, the player has to find who has been stealing his guns.
- For Manny Wong, the player has to get back Manny's stolen chips and learn that Grauman is blackmailing Manny and put a stop to the blackmail. The alternate way to get Manny to vote for Veronica is to find the photos of him embarrassing himself. You can blackmail Manny yourself by not giving him the photos or give him the photos to free him from blackmail: either way he will vote for Veronica after.
- After you gather at least three votes, Veronica will ask you to put Ascension McDade in the power of the Bastion.
- If you kill Ascension McDade, Veronica will simply give up when you return to her.
- (This will start Help Ascension McDade find evidence against Malediction Mayweather.)
- When at least three votes are gathered and Ascension McDade is in power, return to Veronica.
- The meeting will proceed in the conference room directly opposite the dungeon at the Hideaway.
