Cured goat hide shaped into armor. It's heavy, provides minimal protection and worst of all, it stinks like goat.

- Ranger Citadel: Received as a requisition for returning rare items to Mercaptain.
- Sold as early game equipment by Matt Forrestal (Ag Center), Solveig Sefors (Ranger Citadel), Harold Alder and Wormy Jim (Highpool).
- Possible, though rare, loot find, particularly from safes.
