Brother Guano is a hardline believer in the creed of the Servants of the Mushroom Cloud, who believes that Father Enola has forsaken his devotion to their god and embraced life, rather than oblivion. He has been imprisoned in the silo facility to keep him away from other brethren and minimize the chance that he would convince them to launch the Titan missile (and inadvertently prove that theirs is a fake).
