Woodson still awarded the Star for bravery even though Victory was recruited and was present in the party during the conversation with Woodson at Peterson Air Force Base. This was verified on the condition that Rook was pacified in Little Hell, passing the Hard Ass 8 check, during the confrontation over Victory's recruitment. It is unknown if Woodson would award the Star of Bravery if Rook was killed during the confrontation because the Hard Ass check was not passed. (Patch 1.5.3)
