Harvey is a poor wasteland trader, down on his luck, found stuck with his cart and screaming goat upon the Rangers' return to the Prison in Wasteland 2.
Background[]
Harvey is just an honest merchant dealing in the more common wares found in Arizona. He's been unfortunately plying his trade near territories controlled by the Red Skorpion Militia, which had unfortunate effects. The Militia has robbed and violated him and especially his goat (he hasn't been walking right for a week), and he's eager to get out and away from them. The key problem is that his wagon is stuck in a ditch, and he's not going anywhere.

Endings[]
- In order for Harvey to survive, the Rangers need to get him out of the mud. Harvey and his goat(s) will then reach Damonta and reopen the Fly-By Nightclub as the Harvey's Disc-Goat-Tek.
- Otherwise, Harvey will get killed, either for blocking a public road (if Danforth was negotiated down) or during the RSM's retreat (if Danforth was killed).
