Help Ma Brown reopen her restaurant is a quest in Wasteland 2.

When talking to Ma Brown, the Rangers learn that her place was shut down due to health code violations (or whatever post-nuclear Hollywood uses as a standard). She asks the Rangers to find a way to get her place to open again.
Walkthrough[ | ]
- Head over to Officer Lam, just west of Ma Brown.
- Convince him with Smart Ass 8 that he should sign it for old times' sake. If you threaten him, him and his HSP buddies will attack you.
- Pay him 100 scrap.
- Return to Ma for a reward.
