Elegy wants you to recover it. The Partisans have a camp set up in the town ruins in Manitou Canyon. Go there and recover the truck by any means necessary. You have recovered the Supply Truck. Inform Elegy of your success. The Supply Truck was destroyed. The supplies cannot be recovered. The Library was able to recover their stolen supplies. You killed off the Partisans. You got the truck back without violence."
