Hot Tar is a status effect in Wasteland 3.
Description
The humiliation of being covered with sticky tar plus the agony of being slow-cooked alive. Two great tastes that go great together!
Effect
Status effect can be stacked up to 10 times and drops 3 stacks per turn.
- Reduces combat speed depending on number of stacks.
- Reduces CON by ?.
