Background[]
A squat old guy with muscular arms, a bandana around his bald head and a bloody "KISS THE COOK" apron around his beer barrel gut. He has an eye-patch over his left eye, and a voice like a garbage disposal. Contrary to his appearance, Jeff is jovial and easy-going, Hungry is a good cook and he knows it. He is very popular with the other Rangers, since he is the man providing the mess hall with all of its food.
