Kiwi Eli is the de facto leader of the Killer Klowns in Fountain of Dreams.

Kiwi Eli took over leadership of the KKK from Kermit Eli. Not present at the College when the adventuring party comes through, she is ultimately confronted at the Fountain of Dreams. Defeating her breaks the Klowns forever. She also have a house in Killer Clown Kollege.
