A decent backup sidearm for all energy weapon operators. Not excellent in any way (except Armor Threshold), but is much, much better than the laser carbine because it doesn't waste your energy cells as quickly. It still does take them away from you while you could employ them in better energy weapons - either two unique models, the Herbicide and the Final Assessment, or the higher-tier pulse rifles and meson cannons.
