Overview

After the Jerks are removed, Mayor Sam van Graas will ask the Rangers to notify Mister Manners that Rodia is once again open for trade.

Walkthrough

1. Gaining access to Mister Manners is the difficult part and to do so, the player has to progress far enough in the Save a condemned man - or not quest.
2. Once the player has access, it's a simple manner of coming into his office and informing him of the fact.
3. Return to Rodia and claim the reward.
