Liberty Buchanan is the sole daughter of the Patriarch in Wasteland 3.

One of the three children of the Patriarch, Liberty's got more brains and cunning than both her brothers put together. She's the only one who could actually run Colorado according to her father. Problem is, she'd run it as a slave state - everyone in chains, everyone workin' for her. The worst part is that she has both her mother's mind for politics and her father's wartime ferocity.

- The Traitor: Focal point.
- Liberty can also be encountered in a random event called "Road Block" where she stops you with some warbots. You have the opportunity to discuss her father and brothers, then can attempt to arrest her, or "allow" her to leave.
- Killing Liberty during the roadblock event causes an alternative game over screen.
