Livia Buchanan is one of the wives of Saul Buchanan aka "The Patriarch" and the mother of Victory Buchanan. Shortly after giving birth to Victory, Livia, fed-up with Saul's behavior, committed suicide by hanging, but not before leaving him a farewell letter. The Patriarch had her buried in the park near the Palace, right under the spot she used to hang herself, noose and letter included. To his son, he never revealed his truth, and Vic voraciously consumed rumors, believing that she killed two guards trying to escape him, before he ran her down and shot her in the back of her head.

- Hoon Homestead: Victory can be brought to the grave and dig her up. He will react with disbelief as to the cause of death, then double over laughing when he reads the suicide note.
