Mistress of voodoo arts and ruler of the mutated wolves prowling Miami, Lupe is one of the more esoteric characters in Miami.
Interactions[]
- Interactions with Lupe require at least 15 Charisma, otherwise she will warn you away, then sic her children - mutated wolves - on you.
- She can be hired with Charisma 15, Brewhoe Nostrum, and once your party passed the OhOh initiation. She is a powerful medic and has reasonable IQ and Aptitude, but is held back by her mutations.
