Manny Wong is the owner and proprietor of Manny's Chinese Casino.

A pleasant man who casts a very long shadow, Manny is one of the key power brokers in Hollywood. His wasteland-famous Casino is one of the key attractions of Hollywood, making him a very wealthy man. Unfortunately, the prosperity is not without its drawbacks: Manny has recently found himself the subject of a theft, where a "gambler" made off with a case of chips.
He also has another problem: Since 2099, his pit boss, Grauman, has been blackmailing him with photographic evidence of his dealings with the God's Militia. If Heidi learns of this, then Wong would be met with a fate worse than death.
