Mark Morgan is a musical composer that was hired by InXile to work on Wasteland 2. He is known primarily for composing the soundtracks for Fallout, Fallout 2 and Planescape: Torment. His Wasteland 2 music was also used in the 2013 edition of the original Wasteland.
