Background

An engineer working on the reservoir in Highpool, Mark is normally responsible for filling up the water tanks for clients visiting Highpool to resupply. He fills them up from the main by his house, then sends them down the dam to the recipients.

Recently, Mark's house was set on fire by a Wrecking Crew mortar shell. Understandably, he is desperate to put the fire out.
