The Mini-Scorpitron is a smaller version of the Scorpitron 2.0, a child, if you will, deployed to deal with targets in close combat., May be a redesign of the Original Scorpitron 1.0

The small Scorpitron is cute - right up until it runs up to you and tears open your chest with a well placed sting. They are designed to flush enemies out of cover and while they have just 50 HP(Directors Cut 350 HP), four of them are deployed at once and all four are extremely dangerous.
The mini-Scorpitrons can, however, be hacked with Computer Science to turn against their, hm, mother.
