Nelius Dorsey is a character in Wasteland 3.
This man is lean, rugged, and wolfishly handsome. Scars run down one cheek, crossing the lines carved by tough years in the wilderness. He holds up his hands in surrender, a slight smile on his face.
Nelius is the leader of the Dorsey clan and the last man standing from the core family exiled from Colorado Springs. He remembers the purge Saul Buchanan ordered - and the reasons for which he did it. Nelius is a proud man and he isn't going to surrender, but he will explain the context for their actions: The exile from the Springs, the near-starvation on the Plains, the alliance with Liberty Buchanan, and the reason for the attack on the Ranger convoy. When questioned if he couldn't just talk to the Rangers, he admits that he was a mistake.
But he just wanted revenge, despite Liberty's warnings that he's moving prematurely.
