This is the biggest, ugliest, dumbest-looking trash the Rangers have ever seen. And to add to his magnificence, it looks like he's drawn penises all over his Red Scorpion Militia uniform. He also has what appears to be a robotic right arm and an enormous... gun. Pitbull enslaves women and turns them into sex slaves. Killing him would be doing the wasteland a favor.

- Deliver a letter to Robert Bowling's sister Katy in the Rail Nomads Camp: Once the Rangers deliver the letter, they will have the opportunity to press the matter with Katy Bowling (Smart Ass or Kiss Ass) and learn that she has incurred a debt with Pitbull. Learning this fact will cause the slaver to spawn and confront Katy over the debt. The player can allow him to enslave her, pay 500 scrap to buy her back, or kill him. Killing him turns Red Skorpions permanently hostile (until Danforth flips his lid over the dog poisoning).
- If not confronted at the Rail Nomads, Pitbull will accost the Rangers at the Prison, if they free his slaves from his "pad" (right near the exit to the Prison proper). He will wait for the Rangers near the exit from the area and attack them once they come close.
