Wasteland 3, Precision strikes allow you to fire on an enemy's different body parts. Attacking them will inflict different Status Effects depending on the body part targeted. Precision strikes are mostly available for sniper rifles, assault rifles and handguns.
Precision strike can only be used when the critical strike bar is full. Strike rate is a special derived statistic that determines how fast the critical strike bar fills up.
