Pulse Gun is an assault rifle in Wasteland 3.

Description

Pre-war, the 'laser dazzler' was used in riot control. Since then, the laser has been cranked the hell up.

Characteristics

Damage can be increased from various bonuses. Also Energy damage provide +99 Armor penetration, which negates target's armor completely. However, it is not recommended to waste high-tier mods on this weapon, due to low damage output.
