Katy Bowling is a character found in Rail Nomads camp, Boxcar 2.
Background
The poor Katy was forced to deal with Pitbull of the Red Skorpion Militia. Unbeknownst to Paul, things have taken a turn for the worse and Pitbull is coming soon to collect her debt.
Interactions
If the player has talked to Bowling at the Ranger Citadel, Katy will spawn. After talking to her or delivering the letter, Pitbull will appear. The player can let him collect, pay 500 scrap for her freedom, or fight for her.
