Rom Board is used in the Las Vegas Sewers to fix Max and to open the door to the Helicopter Simulator in Sleeper Base.
Locations[ | ]
- 3 can be found in the sewer.
- 1 outside of Base Cochise.
Notes[ | ]
- Once Max is active and the Helicopter Simulator is accessible, you can safely drop any Rom Board. They cannot be sold.
