Private Rook is a recruitable character stationed at the Ranger Citadel in Wasteland 2. He returns in Wasteland 3.
Background[ | ]
The youngest of seven children on his parents' farm, the 25 year old Rook had to fight for respect daily. His scrappy, underdog attitude became a great asset when he went out to seek his fortune in the wastes. He's an excellent shot with a carbine. Aberforth, a goat wandering nearby, appears to be well liked by Rook.
In 2107, the thirty year old Rook has been sent to Colorado together with Team November, only to become separated from them during the Dorseys ambush. Under Riley Woodson's orders, he traveled with the rest of the team to Aspen, only to be caught by Vic and his Breathers, then used as a punching bag for practice. His affinity for talking back and zero tolerance for bullies means that he has been beaten quite frequently.
