Background[]
Rosie Wong is waiting for you when you enter, smoking a cigarette. She smiles when she sees you. Her teeth are the color of caramel corn.
Ms. Wong runs Colorado Springs' affordable housing - basically a flophouse - and is known for her penny-pinching, headache-inducing ways of dealing with folks. She is encountered by the Rangers first by the radio, demanding they come to help her out with a "problem", then in person - should they respond, of course.
