- Look for the rest of Ace's log book: Haas can give the player Ace's logbook if they pressure and question him about his dealings with the Ranger. While Hard Ass 4 and Smart Ass 6 add two extra dialog options, these are not required to convince Haas to turn over the log book. It turns out that Ace fell in with the trader and Haas even traveled with him for a while, until the two ran into the synth at the radio tower. Haas ran. Ace didn't.
- Angela Deth will attack and kill Haas in a cutscene if she's in the party when the player learns about his role in Ace's death. For Steam distributions, this is worth an achievement called Wasteland Justice.
