Sanctity White is the head of the Church Ecstatic Paladins of the God's Militia.

Background

A particularly repulsive creature in the ranks of the Militia, White leads the Paladins and is an obedient dog used by Malediction to enforce his control over the Militia. He murders, rapes, steals, and abuses for Mal, not just because he obeys, but because he likes it – and gets to keep the spoils. One of the particularly horrid things he did was murdering Simms, so that Malediction could get his wife, Fealty, as a trophy.

When the Rangers first enter the Bastion, Sanctity accosts them and demands them to turn over any illegal goods: Alcohol and drugs. Not doing so will cause him to scold them for being boy scouts. Afterward, this creature can be found in the Paladin barracks at the Bastion. When looking for proof against Mayweather, a smooth-talking Ranger can get him drunk and convince him to reveal that he took Simms' eye as a trophy and keeps it in a jar, looking at Fealty whenever she passes through the barracks.
