Has plenty of clients in the wake of the Wrecking Crew invasion. He is a man focused overwhelmingly on healing and possesses some keen insight into the political situation at Highpool. He believes Kate Preston would make for a superior mayor, with Bergin as second in command: She's a negotiator focused on healing and maintenance, while Sean has been treated harshly by the wasteland and has too much anger in him to expect him not to use the stick in tense situations.

On the wall beside the trauma ward, Warner has a medical degree with his name written in over the original owner's - Philip Chandler of St. Elegius Hospital. This is a reference to Denzel Washington's character of the same name from the 80's medical drama "St. Elsewhere".
