It's the Hispanic Heritage Month at FANDOM! It's worth noting that Wasteland, 33 years ago, was one of the first games to allow players to create Hispanic characters with the nationality selection. What's more, the starting Hispanic character, Snake Vargas, eventually became one of the most important movers and shakers of the Arizona wasteland, saving the world twice over as a Desert Ranger! If you're interested in learning more about Hispanic heritage and how it's featured in modern entertainment, join the official Fandom HHM Discord server!

Secpass A is one of the first of the Sleeper Base / Base Cochise Secpass keycards you will obtain. These items appear to be consistent with late-20th century security tokens used to access electronically locked doors.

Found on the second floor of the Sleeper Base on a desk in a room locked with Secpass 3. Use Perception on the desk to find the Secpass. To find the room, proceed north along the corridor using Secpass 3 to open doors, and then turn east at the end of the hall. The room is behind the second door on the north wall on this hallway.

Opens doors in the following Zones:

Sleeper Base

  • 2nd Floor
    • The room in the far southeast corner of the map. This room contains four cloning pods.
    • The room just south of the Armory in the center of the map. This room contains the Clone fluid preparation machine.
  • 3rd Floor
    • The room in the south-center of the map. This room contains a locked desk (containing a Secpass 7 and a Power Converter) and a secret door (on the south wall of the room, noticeable with Perception) leading into a hallway with an electrified floor.
