Security Override is a quest in Cult of the Holy Detonation .
Background
We need to get to the security terminal, but the base's alarms will summon robots if they detect our presence. We need to shut down the alarms by flipping the switches that power them.
Walkthrough
- This is essentially a tutorial quest that introduces Cheyenne Mountain's objective-based encounters. The goal is to throw all four security switches in the two-room control area. This can be made easier by using Picklock 10 to access the ventilation room on the other side, which allows you to set the switches to 10101 and destroy one of the robots, toggling the switch automatically.
- The quest completes when the final switch is thrown - notably, all the spawned robots will be disabled as well, so focus on getting to the switches and ignore anything in the way.
