The Shadowclaw is a creature that can be encountered within the Mine Shaft just South of Quartz. It is a formidable and deadly opponent, having the same damage output as a Chainsaw with a notable amount of armor. Rangers still getting their feet wet are very susceptible to death if encountered unprepared. It is further made dangerous with the high amount of encounters that occur within the Mine alone.
